Everything you need to know to start without surprises:

Lock-in: no rigid commitments. Cancellation notice is generally 30 days for FLEX and FIXED plans, and 60 days for private offices.
Deposit: we don't require any deposit to get started. Getting started should be frictionless.
Payments: we prefer direct debit as the easiest method, but we also accept bank transfer or credit card.
Hidden costs: none. Utilities, cleaning and basic services are included in your membership. What you see is what you pay.

Access is available 24/7, 365 days a year, including weekends and public holidays, via your personal access card. You never have to leave: work whenever it suits you best.

The reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. The team receives your parcels, welcomes your guests and supports day-to-day operational needs. Outside those hours, access is fully self-service.

Each person gets 3 meeting-room hours per month depending on the plan, plus unlimited phone booth use for private calls and quick video meetings.

For bigger needs, we have 5 event spaces with a capacity of roughly 30 to 180 people (auditorium, workshop room and more). Members have booking priority and a 50% discount on standard external rates.

Yes, registered and business address options are available to members. A practical choice for companies or freelancers who need a professional address in Barcelona's 22@ district, with mail handling included.
